The NG-RockGen S-DGEN is a digital Rockwell superficial hardness tester designed to measure hardness by evaluating the depth of penetration of an indenter under a major load compared to a preload, in accordance with the Rockwell method. The S-DGEN configuration focuses on superficial Rockwell scales, making it a practical choice for applications where controlled, repeatable testing is required.

Superficial Rockwell Capability

The S-DGEN supports superficial Rockwell scales including HR15N, HR30N, HR45N and HR15T, HR30T, HR45T, along with additional scales used within this configuration. This enables a flexible workflow for a wide range of metal testing needs.
