Description

The NG-1000DGEN is a Digital Micro Vickers and Knoop Hardness Tester designed for accurate,
repeatable microhardness testing with an operator-friendly workflow. Measurements are performed through the eyepiece, and the system is equipped with a built-in encoder. After using micrometers to
measure indentation diagonals, the tester transfers your readings into the system with a single click,
automatically calculates the hardness value, and displays the result on the LCD.

The NG-1000DGEN platform includes a large LCD display and a user-friendly interface for controlling test functions. It features a built-in printer to print and document series of hardness readings. A motorized turret automatically changes objective lenses and indenter positions for faster analysis, while the application of test force is fully automated—load, dwell, and unload—with a programmable dwell time of 1–99 seconds.

The NG-1000DGEN is equipped with a large LCD display and a user friendly interface for controlling all aspects of your
test. It features a built in printer to allow the operator to print and document the series of hardness readings.
The motorized turret automatically controls the changing of the objective lenses and indenter positions for the
quickest analysis. The loading and unloading of the test force is fully automated as well and is held for the
specified dwell time (1-99 seconds).

System Features

  1. Guided by optical cross rails to ensure the highest guiding accuracy
  2. Fast and smooth force transmission can be achieved by using the secondary transmission force of the rack and pinion.
  3. Equipped with a high transmission ratio high precision worm gear rod which can achieve stable continuous lifting,
    improving the accuracy and repeatability of the testing process.
  4. Dual optical path design: one optical path for the eyepiece system and another path for the CCD camera. Both paths
    can work at the same time without switching the optical path rod, simplifying operation and extending optical system life.
    (Note: CCD camera functionality applies to CCD configurations in the NG-1000 series.)
  5. High definition 8’’ touch screen interface with menu structure and digital eyepiece with a built-in encoder.
    One-push encoder button provides diagonal lengths D1 and D2 and displays the calculated hardness value on the touch screen.
  6. Hardness conversion function converts HV to HRA, HRB, HRC, HBW, and other scales.
  7. Standard with (HV & HK) Vickers and Knoop hardness testing capabilities.
